The job seeking skills unit is centered on preparation for the mock interview. Students create resumes and cover letters, and complete applications, including listing three references.
Students learn about interviewing from a guest speaker who hires people as part of his job. Finally, we practice for the interview in class, before dressing nice for school on the big day and giving it our best.
